We are so close to our first Bronco Aces Club date this Sunday, March 6th! We are excited that your child will be attending! The players and coaches are excited to play many fun tennis related activities for the kids.
Here are a couple of last minute instructions…
1. We have had to make some adjustments due to the large number of younger children, so please stick to these designated times. Sessions will be as follows:
Session 1 – grades K – 2 — 1:00pm-2:00pm
Session 2 – grades 3 – 5 –2:00pm-3:00pm
Session 3 – grades 6 – 8 — 3:00pm-4:00pm
2. We will provide tennis balls, a snack, and water. If your child is in the K-2 (Session 1), he/she does not need a racquet otherwise all other sessions your child will need a racquet (we will have a few extras if your child doesn’t have one), sneakers, and whatever they’re comfortable in running around the tennis court. They may want to bring a hat or visor just in case we get a beautiful sunny day!
3. We will hand out the Aces t-shirts on the second session on Sunday, March 20th.
4. We will let you know by noon on Sunday if the coaches decide to cancel because of weather. I will email you IF the coaches cancel, but you can also check the News section of www.brookwoodtennis.com for all updates.
5. The tennis courts are located by the outfield of the softball field and across the baseball field on the Brookwood Campus. The best place to park will be by the Theater entrance. You can then walk through the gate to the right of the theater and the courts will be straight ahead. I will have a check in table set up by the courts.
Also, attached is the Media and Liability Waiver. Please print and fill it out before you come to Aces. One Waiver per family is fine.
